MiraCare(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 프라이버시를 최우선으로 설계되었습니다. 앱은 이용자의 기록을 보관하는 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 이용자가 입력·기록하는 모든 정보는 오직 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 개발자를 포함한 누구도 그 정보에 접근하거나 외부로 수집하지 않습니다. 앱이 외부와 통신하는 경우는 구독 상태 확인(5항) 하나뿐이며, 여기에도 이용자의 기록은 포함되지 않습니다. MiraCare (the "App") is designed with your privacy first. The App operates no server that holds your records, and all information you enter or record is stored only on your own device. No one — including the developer — can access or collect that information. The only case in which the App communicates externally is checking your subscription status (Section 5), and your records are not included in that either.

1. 수집·저장하는 정보1. Information We Store

앱은 개인정보를 외부로 수집·전송하지 않습니다.The App does not collect or transmit any personal data externally.

이용자가 앱에 입력·기록하는 정보 — 자가 확인 답변, 공황 발작 기록, 수면·심박 등 건강 관련 기록, 일기, 닉네임/비밀번호 등 — 는 오직 이용자 기기의 로컬 저장소에만 보관되며, 개발자나 제3자가 접근할 수 없습니다.Anything you enter or record — self-check answers, panic-episode logs, health-related entries such as sleep and heart rate, journal notes, your username/password — is kept only in your device's local storage, and cannot be accessed by the developer or any third party.

2. 건강 데이터 (Apple 건강 / Health Connect)2. Health Data (Apple Health / Health Connect)

이용자가 허용한 경우에 한해, 앱은 기기의 건강 앱(Apple HealthKit / Android Health Connect)에서 안정시 심박수, 수면 등의 데이터를 읽습니다.
Only with your permission, the App reads data such as resting heart rate and sleep from your device's health app (Apple HealthKit / Android Health Connect).
이 데이터는 기기 안에서 자기관리 표시 용도로만 사용되며, 외부로 전송·저장·공유되지 않습니다.
This data is used only on your device, to display your self-care information, and is never transmitted, stored externally, or shared.
건강 데이터는 광고·마케팅 목적으로 사용되지 않으며, 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
Health data is never used for advertising or marketing, and is not shared with or sold to any third party.
건강 데이터 접근 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다.
You can withdraw health-data access at any time in your device settings.

3. 생체 인증 (Face ID / 지문)3. Biometrics (Face ID / Fingerprint)

앱 잠금에 생체 인증을 사용할 수 있습니다. 생체 정보는 기기 운영체제의 보안 영역에서만 처리되며, 앱은 생체 정보 자체에 접근하지 않고 인증 성공 여부만 전달받습니다.You may use biometrics to lock the App. Biometric data is processed only within your device's secure operating-system layer; the App never accesses the biometric data itself and only receives a success/failure result.

4. 계정4. Accounts

앱의 아이디(닉네임)·비밀번호는 기기 안에만 저장되는 로컬 정보이며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 비밀번호 찾기를 위한 보안 질문 답변도 기기 내에 변환(해시)되어 저장됩니다. 계정 없이 게스트로도 앱을 사용할 수 있습니다.Your in-app username and password are local information stored only on your device and are never sent to a server. The answer to your password-recovery security question is also stored on-device in hashed form. You can also use the App as a guest without an account.

5. 결제 (구독 이용 시)5. Payments (if you subscribe)

유료 구독을 이용하는 경우, 결제 자체는 Apple App Store / Google Play의 결제 시스템을 통해 처리되며 카드·결제 수단 정보는 해당 스토어가 관리합니다. 앱은 결제 수단 정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.If you purchase a subscription, the payment itself is handled by the Apple App Store / Google Play billing systems, and your card and payment-method details are managed by those stores. The App does not collect or store payment-method information.

구독 상태(구매·갱신·해지 여부)를 확인하고 기기를 바꾸어도 구매를 복원할 수 있도록, 앱은 RevenueCat, Inc. 의 구독 관리 서비스를 이용합니다. 이때 RevenueCat 서버로 다음이 전달됩니다.To check your subscription status (purchase, renewal, cancellation) and to let you restore purchases after changing devices, the App uses the subscription-management service of RevenueCat, Inc. The following is sent to RevenueCat's servers:

앱이 자동 생성한 익명 이용자 식별자 (이름·이메일 등 신원 정보가 아닙니다)
An anonymous user identifier generated by the App (not your name, email, or any identifying information)
구매·구독 내역 (상품, 결제·갱신·해지 시각)
Purchase and subscription records (product, purchase/renewal/cancellation times)
기기·앱 정보 (플랫폼, 운영체제·앱 버전, 국가)
Device and app information (platform, OS and app version, country)

6. 광고·분석·추적 없음6. No Ads, Analytics, or Tracking

    앱은 광고를 게재하지 않고, 사용자 행동을 분석·추적하지 않으며, 마케팅 목적으로 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고 SDK 나 행동 분석 도구가 들어 있지 않습니다. 외부로 나가는 정보는 5항의 구독 상태 확인이 전부입니다.
    The App shows no ads, does not analyze or track user behavior, and does not share information with third parties for marketing. No advertising SDK or behavioral-analytics tool is included. The only information that leaves your device is the subscription check described in Section 5.

앱은 기록·이완 시간, 백업 권유 등을 알리기 위해 기기 내 알림을 사용할 수 있습니다. 알림의 내용과 시각은 기기 안에서 생성되며 외부 서버를 거치지 않습니다. 알림은 앱의 설정 또는 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.The App may use on-device notifications to remind you about logging, relaxation times, or backups. Notification content and timing are generated on your device and never pass through an external server. You can turn notifications off in the App's settings or your device settings.

7. 데이터 백업·이전7. Backup & Transfer

이용자는 앱 내 기능으로 자신의 데이터를 파일로 내보내거나 복원할 수 있습니다. 내보낸 파일은 이용자가 직접 보관·관리하며, 그 보관과 공유에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.You can export your data to a file, or restore it, using in-app features. Exported files are kept and managed by you, and you are responsible for their storage and sharing.

8. 데이터 삭제8. Deleting Your Data

앱 내에서 계정·데이터를 삭제하거나 기기에서 앱을 삭제하면, 저장된 모든 정보가 영구적으로 삭제됩니다. 서버에 백업본이 없으므로 삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.Deleting your account/data in the App, or removing the App from your device, permanently deletes all stored information. Because there is no server backup, deleted data cannot be recovered.

9. 아동의 개인정보9. Children's Privacy

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

본 앱은 의료기기가 아니며, 진단·치료 도구가 아닙니다. 전문적인 의학적 진단·치료를 대체하지 않으며, 건강에 관한 결정은 자격을 갖춘 의료 전문가와 상의하시기 바랍니다.The App is not a medical device and is not a diagnostic or treatment tool. It does not replace professional medical diagnosis or care; please consult a qualified healthcare professional for decisions about your health.
